The story of Coast to Comb begins with our father, Frank Williams, who meticulously tends to 30 hives and harvests honey twice annually, capturing the distinct flavors of the seasons.
In the spring, his bees forage on an abundance of wildflowers and the blossoms of native trees, producing a honey that is light, sweet, and captures the fresh essence of the season.
As summer transitions into early fall, the bees gather nectar from regional crop blooms including soy, cotton, corn, and rice as well as from native autumn flowers like Goldenrod. This results in a signature fall honey: a dark, rich creation with a complex flavor reminiscent of molasses.
