Shipping policy

All retail orders will be shipped within 3 business days and insured for the value of the shipment.  Please notify us if the package is damaged and any contents inside are damaged.  Please provide pictures of the packaging and contents to admin@coasttocomb.com

Subscription orders ship every month on the 5th and renew the same day as the initial purchase.  Orders placed after the 5th will receive their first box the following month.   Please order by the last day of the month to receive your first box on schedule. Orders placed between the last day of the month and the 5th will still receive their first box, but it could be slightly delayed.
