-The Wehrs-

In 2010 Aron and Jessica Wehr, along with their two daughters Anna and Abby, made what at the time seemed like a brief stop along the road of life in Robbinsville, North Carolina. It didn’t take long for the people, the pace, and the natural beauty of Robinsonville to land in the Wehr's hearts.  They were home. 

During the early days of being in Robinsonville Aron bought Jessica two hives of bees as a Christmas gift.  They both quickly became fascinated with bees and what started out as two hives, became hundreds.  The Wehr’s were on their path to creating Wehrloom Honey. 

After years of selling honey and their other honey products at markets and festivals the Wehr’s knew they needed a better space for their retail business.  In 2015 the Wehr’s opened their brick and mortar store in Robinsonville, NC.  In 2017 Wehrloom Honey became a meadery on top of an apiary which has become a wonderful and exciting addition to all that goes on at Wehrloom Honey.
